I'm 21, and in college. I've been overweight since I can remember. Most of my family is overweight, and I'm tired of looking the way I do. I've tried diets before, and always failed after a while, so this time I'm trying something different.
Rather than worrying about my caloric intake, and about exactly how much I exercise, my goal is to watch what I eat, and make good choices, while also making sure to be on my feet and moving as much as possible.
I'll be moving in with my best friend and my boyfriend at the end of the summer - hopefully I can surprise them by the time I get back up to school. We're all looking to be healthier, but I need it the most. Time to get moving!
