I am a 47 year old guy who, after I quit smoking 12 years ago, rediscovered how much I loved food. I went from 180 pounds to 225 then to 250, and have stay around there ever since. I can't take it anymore. I have tried dieting with some success, but end up putting it right back on. Now I am not dieting. I eat whatever I want, just no more than 1915 calories a day. My wife and I have changed our diets to a much healthier fare, lots of natural foods and fruits, no more processed junk. I have my 30th high school reunion in August 2012, and I want to be back down to my old 'fighting' weight. This free Droid app and website has been a Godsend. I feel that if I really want it, nothing will stand in my way again.
