Walked 30 miles last week.
We have a snowstorm coming in, and I could get 1-2 feet on Wed, so likely won't hit that high this week. Going to try for a 10 mile walk on Friday.

WoHoo...Over 50% done on weight loss. Someone sent me some pictures that were taken last April. They are my "before" pictures....man was I huge.
Still have a ways to go..but all I need is patience. I'll be eating this way the rest of my life, so no great need to rush to the finish line.
