I am 37 and a very active and busy mom of 2 boys. My time is precious and when I have the time I love being out doors and have to be going at all times. We (my son and I) enjoy running, blading, mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking, camping, swimming and I play volleyball on the beach on the weekends. I am using this as an opportunity to get off the last few stubborn pounds and begin toning.
