Struggling...
Today I weighed in at 150. Holy crap. I have GAINED so much weight since the past few months and it's getting out of control. Trying to stay on track is sooo hard and espec when coworkers order pizza, donuts and soft pretzels... oh man I am not looking forward to wearing a bikini this weekend
I gotta try and stay positive.. just need better self control and more motivation... ugh rough day..
