Hubs and I have a new tradition of walking to and from a restaurant when we want to have breakfast out. About a mile each way. 79 degrees with a cool ocean breeze made it perfect for walking.

Finally coming back down. Lost my way with tracking and gained, of course. Back to tracking and losing again. Having a hard time getting it through my thick skull that I must stick with tracking. I really want to live in a fantasy world where I just eat however much of whatever I want and lose weight.🤣🤣🤣Wouldn’t that be nice? Well, back to reality. I have serious work to do.

I had a bunch of tomatoes and zucchini. This lasagne also has spinach and mushrooms. Yummy veggies!
