I have been eating this way for five days and the 250 was my starting weight. I have had two days of exercise with a day of breaks in between. Today I made a good bowl of cream of wheat with blueberries and it was surprising good without sugar. However, my coffee still needs three teaspoons of sugar. :(

I just want to lose weight and I am trying my best but it is hard to get in the total amount of calories I need without exceeding my carbs and fats.
