Best Scale?
I'm looking for what kind of scales people are using. I have a cheap one with a dial but I'm wondering if it's worth it to buy a nice digital one. Does anyone know if one is more accurate than the other?
Thanks

P90X vs Insanity
I just started P90x last week. I already can feel and kind of see results. No six pack yet or anything but I can definitely feel a change in daily energy. I'm not doing the nutritional program, just counting calories and being very cautious of what I eat. I can't wait to see the results after 90 days!!!

plateau
I hit a plateau as well so I've done a lot of online research about this (granted how trustworthy can some internet sites be) but the common denomenator that I've found is that you need to shock your body back into losing weight. So eat more than you usually would for 2 days in a row...then eat less than you normally would for one day...then go back to your original RDI. You can do this by working out as well. Workout harder than you ever have before for 3 or 4 days and then this might wake your body up out of your plateau.
Keep going, I know how frustrating it is.
Hope this helps!
