Already at 1000 calories at 11:30 and can barely move. I went out this morning and cam back around 9:30 am and crawled into bed and slept. Gave up caffeine cold turkey, have had a couple of aspirin and allergy meds and just feel like I'm starving.

Yesterday was miserable, felt cold and shaky, light headed, and insatiable hunger that drove me to eat way above what I should have. I feel like my blood sugar is out of whack in some way and am going to reduce or completely cut out caffeine to see if it is causing a hypoglycemic condition.

Been really good, hitting the gym everyday. Yesterday I crashed hard and slept in the middle of the day. I'm pretty sure this is muscle and water weight.

Loss is slowing, upped muscle exercises yesterday.
Read that nicotine can create a hypoglycemic condition, giving up nicotine gum.
