Since June 14th I've been sick. I'm currently on lots of bed rest and waiting surgery late this month. As a result I'm not working out. I've also stopped recording my daily intake.

Tough I'm still losing weight it's not so much that I'm eating less as it is that I believe the thyroid medication has made a drastic make over of my metabolism.

I'm excited to get this surgery over with and get back into the gym. I'm looking forward to having normal results. For years I've had to do double and triple the work of others to get the same results. Not any longer.
