While it may just be the result of an extra strong cup of coffee, using urine as a gauge, it's possible I entered ketosis this morning.

This weekend has been the 48 hour film festival. Eating off craft services cart. Today I'm back on track. Wearing heart rate monitor since about 6:30 this morning to track calories burned for the whole day. However using a calculator (http://walking.about.com/cs/calories/l/blcalcalc.htm) I estimate I should be burning about 2950 per day.
In my experience I can eat about 2400-2500 calories a day and feel full. When I calculate for very active (sometimes I am) it jumps up to 3350.

Yesterday I went to a doctor for a check up and to find out if I was on the right track. I ended up eating out with friends and did not record all that I ate.

Last couple of days have been totally off book. Did not record all food ate Sunday through Tues. Stating fresh today. So far completely off caffeine.
