I am 27. I am hoping to get back to the weight I was 3 years ago. I quit smoking 3 years ago and that is where I gained all of my weigh when I quit smoking I was about 124 I might have been 118 I am not sure but as soon as I quit I started gaining weight and by 30 days I had went from 124 to 145 yes that quick. I have tried everything to take this weight off I would run everyday for at least 30 minutes do pilates for 30 minutes and I would eat only fruits and vegetables with a little bit of chicken. I could not take the weight off. I injured my spine about 6 months ago so when I did that I had to quit running and doing pilates. I actually lost a little bit of weight. I am slowing trying to get back into working out I am just afraid of hurting myself. I am hoping this diet will help me to loose these unwanted pounds. Joining this site has helped me out a lot I actually have to write down what I eat everyday. I am a sweet freak I am eating sugar free stuff but maybe a little to much and maybe that is why I cant keep the weight off.
