Anyone on the Core plan?
Thanks for the advice, Albright. I think I'll stay with Flex for now, inasmuch as I feel back on track this week with a 1 1/2 lb. drop. I need to do a little more research and reading up on Core before I attempt it.

Anyone on the Core plan?
I've been on WW since December, and have lost 33 pounds using Flex, but find myself on a serious plateau for the last month.

Has anyone tried and liked Core? I'd like to give it a try, but I'm hesitant because I just don't know if I have enough self discipline.

I'd like to hear from you.

I also lost 8 lbs this week, but it was the same weight that I gained over the holidays. Hoping to continue the trend, and possibly lose another 5 next week.

The weather's been nice here, so I did a lot of walking last week, in addition to being faithful to plan, journaling, drinking all the water, etc.

Have faith in yourself - don't give up - keep trying. All of those platitudes can help if you take them seriously. Or you can be cynical, like I was for a long time. Just keep at it, and try, try, try.
