Wine! My doggie for a nice glass of wine
A 6oz glass of wine is about 120 calories. If you're on a 1600 calorie diet that leaves you 1,480 calories for food. You can also cut the calorie by mixing the wine with club soda. Depending on the ratio used you can cut the calories by 50%.

Milk substitutes
While I'm not lactose intolerant I just don't like milk and neither does my family. I've tried Soy but my family preferes Almond milk. If you are near a Trader Joes I suggest getting it from there. It can be significantly cheaper.
