I'm 33 yrs old married with 3 kids. I can't blame all of my weight gain on having kids, some of it was me letting myself go. But now I am back with the healthy mentality. I'm not trying to go down to a size 4 but I do want to be healthy and a flat stomach wouldn't hurt either. Many times I find myself working out by myself because it's harder to workout with others who are more interested in playing around.
