I had a bad day yesterday. But got right back on this morning. However I still have not been exercising I just feel so drained right now maybe I need to increase my food intake.I felt really good last week I am going to try some vitamins this week and see. I am going to take a walk tomorrow and just keep trying maybe I am waiting to late to exercise maybe I should do it earlier in the day.After chasing the baby and working , cleaning house and cooking dinner to tired to exercise.This seems to be my largest problem and I need to get control of it somehow.

I have to still work on exercising I have the most trouble with making time. I will set aside a time each day and start to work out.you go girl you did it lost 10 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!

3/3/09 I feel good about this I am really motivated to make this happen. I have a few hurdles I need to over come. I will work on them hard this week.
don't eat past 7:00p.m.
make sure I am eating enough
drink more water
exercise at least 30 min a day starting out
