I had a bad day yesterday. But got right back on this morning. However I still have not been exercising I just feel so drained right now maybe I need to increase my food intake.I felt really good last week I am going to try some vitamins this week and see. I am going to take a walk tomorrow and just keep trying maybe I am waiting to late to exercise maybe I should do it earlier in the day.After chasing the baby and working , cleaning house and cooking dinner to tired to exercise.This seems to be my largest problem and I need to get control of it somehow.
