I stepped on the scale this morning just for fun, and it read 207.2. I'm not recording it as an official weigh in, but it was nice to see. Yesterday was tough! I felt good about my food choices for the most part, but around 8:30 I was so hungry. All I wanted was fast food. Instead, I chose yogurt. It wasn't the "best for you yogurt" and it didn't completely remove the craving, but it took the edge off my hunger, and I was able to go to bed knowing I made a decent choice.

I didn't log yesterday, because I went to a relatives, and I ate well. I'm assuming I came in around 1700 calories yesterday. I'm going for less than 1500 today. I'm on a good track. I'm doing a little better each day, I think.
I weighed this morning, but I don't want to count less than a full pound as a victory, because I know weight can fluctuate. I'm trying really hard not to obsess over numbers, and just focus on how I'm feeling, and I feel better. I'm going to try to find a way to be active tonight despite the fact that I have a ton of work and homework to catch up on. I did not sleep well last night. I think better sleep is going to also be a goal of mine. I'm planning to get a fitness tracker as well.
Oh! I also tried the Clio Greek Yogurt bars for a snack today, and it was AMAZING. Definitely going to become a regular in my routine.

Today was freakin tough! We went out to eat. I really really wanted chicken and waffles. I got a grilled chicken salad instead, though, and while I didn't enjoy it as much as my husband did his chicken and waffles (haha), I still enjoyed it. It was tasty, filling, and I feel good about it even several hours later. I've drank nothing but water and a bit today as well, though I'm about to have some sweet tea. I'm definitely doing better today than when I first started. Going to try to keep it going.
