I didn't log yesterday, because I went to a relatives, and I ate well. I'm assuming I came in around 1700 calories yesterday. I'm going for less than 1500 today. I'm on a good track. I'm doing a little better each day, I think. I weighed this morning, but I don't want to count less than a full pound as a victory, because I know weight can fluctuate. I'm trying really hard not to obsess over numbers, and just focus on how I'm feeling, and I feel better. I'm going to try to find a way to be active tonight despite the fact that I have a ton of work and homework to catch up on. I did not sleep well last night. I think better sleep is going to also be a goal of mine. I'm planning to get a fitness tracker as well.
Oh! I also tried the Clio Greek Yogurt bars for a snack today, and it was AMAZING. Definitely going to become a regular in my routine.
