Did ok yesterday. Only had 2 eggs for breakfast with no cheese and I actually got hungryer faster. Then I took a late lunch and didn't have any fruit at the office to eat. By 1:30 I was really hungry, tired and my blood sugar was low. I just wanted to go home and take a nap. Eric made me a sirloin burger and salad. Yeah Honey! I ate that and felt better. I was still tired when I got home and didn't feel like cooking, so made a pot of rice, put butter, vanilla, splenda and milk. Ummm it was good. Too many calories for dessert, but great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Think I'll do that again. Could have left out the butter for 100 cal and been on target. Also, a whole sirloin burger was too much. I shouldn't have eaten so much of it. So thankful for this website.

For some reason I am having trouble getting my calories in. Had to have 2 servings of dessert to get my calories up. Food tastes so good to me but I don't want to overeat. So good to be eating healthily. I need to add exercise, but not sure how to fit it in.
Please show me Lord, help me to be successful at this. . . Not just to a goal, but for the rest of my long life.
"Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly more than we could ask or imagine, to him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever! Amen." Ephesians 3:20 & 21

Breakfast good and satisfying. I think I'll have turkey sausage in the am. I need to get some mushrooms and bell peppers to add to my omelet. I'm ready for lower fat foods now. I had a glass of 2% milk and it tasted very rich, I'm ready for non-fat! Yippee!! Also, dinner didn't work out. I had Trader Joe's frozen eggplant something or other, I was going to have it for lunch but then Alee wanted to go to lunch, I bought a very small cobb salad, had the calorie count on it so I knew it was just under 300. Stayed late at work and then went to Bible Study, tried to have that frozen meal for dinner, but it tasted awful and way too spicy, I thought it would upset my stomach so I threw it away. Then had to scramble to get my calories in at 9:30 when I got home. Not very good planning today, but Praise the Lord, I did it!! I had to have Smuckers Jam with sugar because didn't have fruit spread, miracle of miracles, I didn't like the sweetness and ended up scraping most of the jelly off. My tastes are really changing! Thank You God! I hope the small amount of sugar doesn't get in my system and make me crave more. Well, here's to another very good day over all.

Lunch was super delicious. Trander Joe's panini(??) an Indian dish with tofu, something with spinach in it instead of rice. Great texture and flavor. I didn't even want to add salt! I am definately going to have that again!
Still feel very fat, I can't wait to finally get some of this off. Feels so good to be eating right. Came home from work and started dinner, tostados. Great quick meal, have all the ingredients. Wish I had tomatoes and sour cream, will have to add to the grocery list. Sugar free cranberry juice was good too. I'm enjoying different tastes.
Dessert?? PBJ with rice cakes and apple sauce instead of jelly, don't have fruit spread. Ummmm, can't believe I am enjoying all this food. Definately not boring! Thank you Lord!!
