Only lost 1/2 lb. Followed plan, but this is my first plateau. I'm going to add excercise to my plan. I found a great pilates for beginners on youtube. A 30 min workout. I ordered a dvd online that should be here in a week or two. I'll stick with this until the new one comes in. I'll try to get up at 5:30 and excersize and see how that works for me. I'm afraid of beingreally tired, but I've got to add it eventually, so might as well be this week. Hopefully I will loose at least 2 lbs next week.


Went over my calorie limit yesterday at my sisters, too much really good food and great company, but I didn't eat anything I shouldn't have, just more than I should have. No white flour or sugar!! When I wanted something sweet, I just had a cup of coffee with splenda and cream. Killed the urge for some of the dessert that was available. Oh year, fruit. Watermelon was great!

Feeling pretty good about my eating plan. Had lots of wins lately. Pizza 2 days in a row, 1 at Costco, the other,I brought home from work for family, was left over from a party which I was able to resist. Both times, ate only one piece and did NOT eat the crust!! So happy to be able to pass that up and feel satisfied. Don't even miss the crust, in fact I DON"T miss how I feelbloated after eating pizza. I think carbs are not agreeing with me and it feels good to feel good!

2nd BIG win: Alee had a slumber party Saturday night and the girls made brownies. I resisted the night they made them, but in the morning I got up to make waffels, eggs & sausage. There were some brownies left in the pan! I wanted them so bad. My favorite thing in the morning is chewey left over brownies with a big glass of milk. I've been known to eat so much that I feel sick. I covered the pan with foil, removed it from my sight so I wouldn't have to keep making the decision not to eat it, and finished breakfast. Had eggs and turkey sausage and was completely satisfied. I was sooooo glad I didn't eat those brownies. Especialy since I logged a 2lbs weight loss last week. Wow, today I wore a skirt, with a blouse over the top and a wide belt around my diminishing waistline! Starting to feel like myself again. 10 more lbs will make a big difference and I really can do it by the end of October. I think its really possible to be at my goal weight by Christmas. I'm really liking the results. I am starting to feel more energy and my back isn't bothering me as much. Still in flats, ok during sandal weather, but as the weather warms up I want to start wearing mules and boots with heels. Ok, well I feel better for checking in. Went a few days without logging in my food. That is usually a sign that I'm getting ready to slip. Trying to stay focused. I give all the praise to the Lord who is helping me do this. Haven't been successful in much of anything requiring discipline in a while.
