26 from Reading, UK. Broke my leg last year so didn't move (exercise) for 3 months then got used to just eating and not burning it off. Slowing put on nearly 20lbs in a year. About a month ago I decided enough is enough. Currently reprogramming head. Started at 198lbs on 22nd August 2010.
Short term goal: 168lbs by New Years Eve.
Long term goal: 147lbs - 154lbs by April 2011.
