My age is 54. (I refuse to say Old) I work at the American Red Cross here in Columbus, Ohio. I am also attending Franklin University to get a bachlors degree in Business Administration. (I want to boss my supervisor around some too) just kidding.

Ok Now I have been on phase 2 of SB and have not lost any weight in the last week. What am I to do????????/

roast beef
I tried to put in a great recipe for us but it was a royal pain. My husband added turnip wedges, onions, carrots, a lttle light salt & pepper. Put this all in a crock pot with a decent beef roast and it is wonderful. Very Happy Neutral Idea Very Happy

Like to lose 55lbs weight
walk drink water and do again and again and again. Sorry can not help much but here for support if you need it.
