fat guy wanting to eat healthier so that I feel better about my self...I have struggled with wieght my entire life and I don't want to do that anymore. I am afraid I am not going to here for my daughter, bulldogs or my wife for as long as I want to. I want to get back to fighting in the SCA and maybe playing soccer.
