I have been fighting this weight loss battle for many years. When I started at WW I was 230 lbs. I reached my goal (Doctors recommended) of 160 about a year ago. I have slipped back up and decided I want to not only get down to my goal but lose another 10 lbs. I have joined a few challenges and have committed to track everything I eat!! I look forward to shedding the last 19 lbs off!!! I was recently married and have the love and support of a great husband!!
