insane in the main brain, insane in the brain...
logging all calories, eating in a deficit, still going up. Thinking I haven't been making my bento box lately... who knows what is going on. I'll just track it all and see when it all falls off, which it is BOUND to do, momentmal!

not upset. just doing a wavering stay put thingy while all the body gets in line behind the next spacejump to something lower.
I always do this. hover, then boom, lose 2kg. then fluff around there for a while, then boom, another few.
too many variables: water, food in gut, fibre in food, muscle use, feminine situation, ... impossible to chart all variables so I just wait for a while and see where I end up.
