Weight for the morning was 145.6. I haven't been feeling the greatest lately, I think I caught the bug from my kids.

Weight for the last 3 days are Wed.- 153.8, Thursday- 146.4, and Friday- 146.8. When I don't drink a lot of water my body holds on to every pound and then adds more. 2 Mile walk video and Level 2 on Jillian Michaels today.

Walked 4 miles at the park today. Hoping to do Level 3 of Jillian Michaels again later. Seems like everything wants to break lately so I don't know but I will make the effort

Yesterday had a scale reading of 147.6 and today was 149.2. Did 4 miles at the park today and planning on Level 2 of Jillian Michaels this afternoon

So scale this morning said 147.0. Both kids have been sick and it looks like it is heading my way. Wasn't able to keep breakfast down but maybe it was just a fluke. Did Jillian Michaels and Leslie Sansone again this morning.
