Awful day yesterday. While I don't tend to agree with binges. I had an awful one yesterday. I ate so much it's crazy and I completely forgot portion control. The closer I get to my goal, the harder it is to stay on track. The majority of my family thinks I need to gain some weight back but I feel the complete opposite. I had all these excuses yesterday as to why I was allowed to eat whatever I wanted, a pending divorce, a move back home, completely being a single parent now, a full course load and school starting in a week, a depressing job, TOM, you name it I had that excuse. I realized though as I was lying in bed feeling miserable because I felt awful after eating all that food I can't let all that stuff derail all my progress. I am going to hope that this mentality sticks with me, especially in losing this last bit of weight.

So I'm only .4 lbs away from my orginal goal of 130 and the closer I get to my new goal of 120 I feel like I might want to try to get to 115. I guess we will see. I'm so glad my loss has made my Mom want to try and get healthier, even though she is doing Nutrisystem it's nice to have someone on the journey with me. I have to say though for having 7 kids my Mom is in pretty darn decent shape.

Having the hardest time staying on track recently. I do well all day then when about 4 o clock hits I eat everything I'm not really supposed to. I started back on my exercise and water since I fell off that wagon this past week or so too. I have to really stay motivated especially with Spring semester starting in 2 weeks. So with work, a full course load, and 2 kids I should be in for a treat
