So I haven't really been the best. I've been OK with eating but I am getting so tired of only being able to eat certain things. I miss fruit and ice cream, mac and cheese. It's hard to keep calories down along with carbs. Low calorie foods tend to be higher carbs. I can't eat a whole bunch of calories and still lose but if I eat too many carbs I gain. It makes no sense

So I'm almost 40 lbs down and I'm 2.2 lbs away from my lowest recorded weight since I was a kid. I'm excited but eating is getting so boring. I miss fruit on these hot summer days. I'm torn on whether to move onto OWL or what.
