I am ready to begin my weight loss journey, again, after 8+ years of kidney stone occurrences-now I am finally stone free ! My first goal is 164, I hope to achieve a quick loss of 22 lbs at the start, before a trip in Mid May 2018. Then I will move to a more moderate one after the trip -please wish me luck, & I wish the same to all of you!
