Just ate an apple...10 min later I threw it up. Wasn't very pleasant. I don't know why it happened b/c I felt fine but now my stomach doesn't feel good. Hope this doesn't happen all day :(

Is feeling very blah today...no motivation whatsoever...i'm tired and don't feel like doing anything but I didn't do very well yesterday so I have to try to do better today. Work in progress...

Well I'm at 244 lbs. This is the lowest weight I've been since I started using Fatsecret. I'm eating healthy, taking a multivitamin everyday, drinking at least 67.6 oz of water a day, and staying moderately active everyday and it seems to be working. Work in progress continues.
