Hi, my name is Bobbi Stack, I am 28 years old and I reside in Missouri

In 2006 I got up to 250 lbs and my health went down the tube...I started watching what I ate and started walking 2-5 miles a day and with the help of my doctor by the end of 2007 I was down to 170 lbs (lost 80 lbs). I am hypoglycemic so I pretty much have to eat every 2-3 hours to maintain my blood sugar. It has gotten so low that I have literally passed out due to not eating enough.

In 2010 I gained all of that weight back, I actually went over my past max weight of 250 which I am not every happy about. My goal is to get back to what I weighed in 2007, 170 lbs.

My first goal is to get back to 200 lbs so that I can actually wear some of the clothes I like again. Hopefully I can manage to do that by January 2012. Once I meet that goal then I'm going for 170 lbs. I need all the support and motivation I can get with this. My progress has been slow but at least a few lbs are coming off here and there.

I need support and motivation badly! If anyone would like to help motivate me or give me some pointers it would be much appreciated!

For example, a woman weighs 150 lbs, stands 5'6" and is 28 years old.
Her BMR would be:

BMR = 655 + (4.354 x 150) + (4.569 x 66) + (4.7 x 28)
BMR = 655 + 653.1 + 301.6 + 131.6
BMR = 1741 kCals per day
