I am starting this fight at 272 lbs. I am currently at my heaviest. I was an athlete when I was young and enjoy going to the gym but find years have passed while I have continued to pay the membership fees and not done the membership justice. All that equipment and little motivation.
I am 41 years old and my house is starting to become an empty nest. I have more time on my hands and less is needed of me by others. Now I have run out of excuses!
I want to lose 73 lbs - I want to be out of the 2-hundred group!
