Well at least it's not 190.6. It's headed in the right dirction. Maybe adding Pilates on top of Zumba will make a difference.

Well at least it came down from 191.2. Yet that was just water weight from my period. I've actually managed to get up to 190😥. I've never reached this heavy a weight before. I'm almost 200lbs. 😣😭

Today I had Chick-fil-a for lunch and none of it was healthy. It tasted great, but as I was nearing the end of it, I began to feel like a fat curmudgeon. Then I did my Blogilates workout and I had the debate of why am I doing this to myself, throw away the attempts at healthy lifestyle vs I knew I should have had a salad; next time we're having the salad Ms.191lbs.
