Today I had Chick-fil-a for lunch and none of it was healthy. It tasted great, but as I was nearing the end of it, I began to feel like a fat curmudgeon. Then I did my Blogilates workout and I had the debate of why am I doing this to myself, throw away the attempts at healthy lifestyle vs I knew I should have had a salad; next time we're having the salad Ms.191lbs.
