Well, here I am again. Never is too late to retake diet, isn't it? This time I want to do it good and don't stress myself. I'm not going to control everything that I eat. I only wants to take some healthy habits and to do a bit of exercise, and let's see how far I will go.
I like it. It's a feeling. I have just started, but... I feel myself different. Maybe it is because I am facing this with another perspective, a way very different from before, but I feel I am already changing. Even when I only have lost a few pounds, and my volume is the same, I feel more confident. Maybe this is the time.

I ate very normally today, as if I weren't in a diet. Even I ate jam, with is very sweet and have countless calories, but I don't mind, I ate it and it was great. Right now I'm at work and I have drunk 2 litres of water. And the day isn't done yet, coming out of the work at 10 and going to head home. I plan to have a light dinner, and maybe I'll do a bit of exercise but today I didn't and have to do it for the challenge I'm doing. It is not bad to do exercise at that hour of the night, isn't it? After that sure I will be so tired that I'll go to bed early and tired.
