Been struggling for a couple months to lose any substantial weight, thought something wasn't right, went to DR to have my thyroid checked to see if they need to up my meds (Diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and started Meds 6 months ago), after a snotty comment from the DR about not everything can be blamed on thyroid everyone has weight problems, got results yesterday, I was right thyroid is the culprit and they increasing my medication ... Stupid DR ... hopefully in a couple weeks ill be able to see some weight loss progress at last

Most of this is just getting rid of the bloating from the junk food over December, from now on it will be slower but hopefully actually some fat loss, I just need to stay consistent
