Not getting on the scale this week, had a terrible binge weekend due to stress, pizza, burgers, milk tart, chips, chocolate, bread
All the carbs and sugar I could consume
Starting back on Keto today, I really need to find a way to deal with stress and emotional problems without stuffing my face

For those doing KETO / Banting do you stay below 20g of carbs or below 20g net carbs
my research has shown people do both and just wondering what may work better for everyone from experience
I am on week 2 of keto and im staying below 20g net carbs a day and its not going too badly so far
