Day 4 - In being serious
Not sure how this day is going to play out. What I gave myself for breakfast left me hungry all morning. So I got a small package of low fat pretzels and a bottle of water. That helped.
And then for lunch I went Squatters Brewery. I found a Thai Yellow Curry dish and thought that would be good since it was all veggies with tofu. WOW was it ever good. Then I asked how it was made, thinking it would be with coconut milk, (of course I had eaten the whole thing by then)but OH NO, no coconut milk, HEAVY CREAM and butter. No wonder I like it so well.
Live and learn as my mom always said.
I'll be having a small salad for dinner tonight.
Hope you all had a day as good as mine!!!

Scared Awake
Have been on many diets over the years and lost "tons" of weight, but always put it back on when I stop dieting. Last night I woke up due to having difficulty in breathing, even with the CPAP on!!!, and heaviness in my chest. It's time to get serious about the way I eat and the amount of exercise I do. It can't be a "diet" this time, it has to be a life style change.
