I took a week off. No morning walks, no WW challenges, no logging, no weigh in. I just wasn't in the mood - so how I managed to go down 1.2 lbs is beyond me, but very happily accepted. Perhaps my body was just letting me know it's okay to take a break when needed. So, it's a fresh start for me this week - let's see how it goes.
