I've done absolutely nothing for myself and I am now 16 lbs over my WW goal weight. No tracking, no caring - no wonder the weight came back.

Well there ya go. Don't do what you should, stop walking, and up, up, up goes the weight. I'm disappointed in myself. So I started fresh. I tracked everything I ate, I exercised on my Stealth - but I didn't get back to walking yet. I will try to stay more accountable and get back to my goal weight and get healthier in the process.

No official weigh in - I haven't gone to a meeting for 3 weeks now. Not sure why, just haven't been feelin it. Needless to say, I'm up 3 unofficial pounds on my scale. No tracking, no trying equals no losing or maintaining. Oh well. It is Rosh Hashana, I'll use the new year as a new start.

I lost the .4 I gained last week, but since I was up 1.5 on my scale all week, I actually lost more. It's a shame that I sort of sabotage myself, but I'm still doing well.
