It may actually be 89, but I'm now taking the biggest number the old analog scale shows. Makes me think of the pilot saying the plane is overloaded, and that everyone should not sit with their full weight. 😁

I reminded myself of an important lesson I knew: Don't look at any photos of any food on FatSecret! It's bound to lure one onto an expedition to the fridge. Since I installed this app I try hard to remain below 1500 calories a day, and it works. Am just still drinking too much coffee a day, a whopping 12 cups today. But I broke my sedentary lifestyle, by doing some hard exercises every one hour, before getting back to the computer.
