I fell off the wagon, so to speak. But not really. I lost 2 lbs in the past couple of weeks. That's good for me. I also started the Supreme 90 Day dvds. Sort of like P90X but without the time commitment. I had a hard time with P90X becuz each workout is 45-90 minutes long. S90 is only 30-45 min. VERY do-able! And I like it more than I did P90X.

My first day today on this site.
I'm re-starting South Beach, Phase 1 today, also.
Cardio 4 days a week, ST 3 days a week.
Now I'm going to go explore this site a bit!
