I am a lifetime athlete who has always struggled with his weight. I entered Weightwatchers for the first time when I was fourteen. Throughout my life, I have learned the fundimentals of weight control and I have done a rwsonably good job at maintaining weight, (with a couple of multiyear slip ups in between ;))
As I get older, I am grateful for the stuggle. I learned very early about the reality of moving more and eating less. Those habits are hard to cultivate and I am grateful that I have had the time to work on it.
