I'm 57 and have done Phy work and training my whole life.I was operated on for some wrist problems in the last 3 yrs,better now and looking to go back in Training and do a late Fall,Winter Ironman Comp.I've been retired for 10 yrs.I'm 6'4',and fell good at 182lbs.I weighted 320lbs back in 1974 and stayed around 185-195-for 30 yrs.I want to see how much muscle I can build at 57!Good Luck to all!!--Allan
