Hi,
Last year I lost 14 pounts to look good when my husband and I went to Hawaii on a 14 day cruise. I felt good and looked good on that cruise, but since the cruise I have gained back 7 of those pounds and can't seem to get it off. Today (2-24-09) starts a new beginning for me. I will be adding more strengh building and running an additional mile on the tread mill. My diet will change today as well. I know I can do it it's just making the commitment to do it and stick with it.
