My weight's going like a yoyo again. up a pound, down a pound. As long as my overall, long-term progress is downward.
27.3% bodyfat. I really need to bring that down.
Again, I don't cre as much about weight as I do bodyfat percentage.

Wife made Bun Bo Hue yesterday, my favorite. I was able to eat only a small bowl with just a few noodles.

I biked over 28 miles (over 45km) yesterday and lifted at the gym.
Kept my calories around 2200, drank lots of water.
