Wow! only a pound. I guess I have to not be so hard on myself. The jouney of a thousand miles starts with one step. One pound at least is moving in the right direction.
what could I have done differently this week. First, exercise somehow. Even if it's walk to the next block. Try, Try and Try again. Second Increase the water intake. First thing in the morning and last thing at night. Third - meditate. Everytime I'm tempted to eat something I shouldn't take a moment and say a simple prayer for the tempatation to pass.

Well here I go again. It's a little scary because I don't want to fail.
I'm not talking a lot about my weight loss effort to anyone. This time it's a personal jouney. At least until people see the results.
My birthday is in two months. It will be one of the best birthday gifts ever if I could be 20 lbs lighter. Hey 10 would be a start.
I think I going to find my Body for Life book and use it a guide along with any good tips I find out along the way.
Tomorrow will definitely be the first day of the rest of my life. As Scarlett would say, After all tomorrow is another day.

I'm using a a cool gadget on Google called Water Tracker. Hopefully, it will help me suceed in this week's challenge. At least I'll be able to keep a record of my intake.
