Well this weekend wasn't the best for me with eating and drinking, but I knew that going into it, so I'm not feeling too guilty and I'm ready to get started fresh this weekend! I probably drank more than I ate this weekend, but when you have free drinks and then your sisters friends buying you drinks 2 nights, its a little hard to turn that down:) Saturday night I did a lot better with the drinks so I felt better about that. I went out to eat Saturday night and got a burger, and ate it without the bun, plus I only had about 5 french fries, so that was good. I haven't weighed myself yet, but I will today or tomorrow when I work out so we'll see how much damage there is! I actually did get in quite a bit of exercise which is good. Friday night I danced for about 1-2 hours, and I don't think I sat down for more than an hour between 4pm-2am! Then Saturday my sisters and I took a walk in the afternoon. Saturday night there was a lot more dancing, and I probably danced for about 2 hours that night too. I am sore, so that's a good thing! Plus I did all the dancing in heels:) ha ha. Back to hard work this week, and hopefully it will help. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to everyone who has left encouraging comments for me, that is honestly one of my main motivators right now:)

Well I have been doing really well with the diet, and I am really happy about the weight loss so far...buuuuutttttt I'm going out of town today for the weekend for a benefit with my sisters. There will be free food and free drinks...uggggggh! I'm going to try and be really really smart with the food, but I know the drinking will be a problem because I will be with a ton of fun and crazy people for a lonnnng night out. I'm going to try and do the best that I can! I'm going to bring some oatmeal for breakfast tomorrow so hopefully I'll have some good options this weekend. We'll see how it goes, and on Sunday it will be back to following the diet hardcore and working out. I hope everyone has a great weekend, I'm so excited for mine:) (despite the food/drinking problems! ha ha)

YAAAAAAAAY I'm in the 150's now:) I'm pretty excited about that! I gave blood after I weighed myself, and they say you lose a pound, so technically I'm 158....:) ha ha

Did pretty well with eating today. I ate my dinner too early, so I had 2 egg whites around 9. Not the best, but I knew if I didn't eat something then I would just snack...so I guess better than nothing. Didn't get in a workout today, besides walking all over campus for my classes. I had to work today too, and now I'm just trying to get homework done. Hopefully going to get a workout tomorrow in between classes and work!

Okay, I need some tips/advice! So I do well through out the day with eating, but then at night I have problems not snacking or eating stuff that I know I shouldn't! I know that a lot of it is habit because we snack when we do homework and watch tv or just hanging out, but I need ways to be more distracted! If anyone has any ideas, pleaaaassseeeee let me know! Otherwise things have been going really well. I didn't 100% start the diet until Sunday but I decided to weight myself yesterday after working out, and I had lost 4 pounds since I first joined the site. I think just being aware of how I should be eating helped a lot! I was really happy:) Today I was gone all day until 7:15 when I finally had dinner, so I kept myself pretty busy today. It is absolutly freezing out, so I don't think I'm going to make it to work out tonight, but I am going to do some fitness, stretching, and weights here, so hopefully that will help!
