Extreme Fat Smash
I ended up getting the extreme fat smash book, not realizing that there was another one, so I am going to do this version. I am just starting today because I had to wait on my book, and I finally went grocery shopping yesterday. If you want to talk about the diet or just for motivation in general, let me know!

fatsmash diet?
I just started too and I ordered the book called Extreme Fat Smash Diet. It goes through everything with the diet and gives sample meal and excercise plans which is really nice! Otherwise there is a website called fatsmashforum which is helpful too. Good luck!
